Your local SCW vetted engineer will know exactly how to register and then process a repair request with the claims team. This will ensure that any agreed claims are authorised as soon as possible so the repair can be carried out without long delays and to the highest standards.

At SCW, we believe in making your repair and maintenance plan not just affordable but fantastic value for money.
We offer 12 months and 24 months plans.
We do ask you to ensure that you adhere to regular and statutory checks (as outlined in our t&c’s) to maintain your holiday home but if you do that, we give you cover of up to £1,000+vat per claim, with a maximum total claims of £10,000+vat for the annual duration of your cover.
